From tour guide to executive coach: a constant evolution

My story began in a large family of ten siblings in the Netherlands. From a young age, I learned the value of collaboration and listening. These qualities carried with me when, at the age of 24, I decided to explore the world and step out of my comfort zone. This decision marked the beginning of a professional life rich in multicultural experiences.

Experiences that enrich my practice as a coach

I worked as a tour guide in various parts of Spain and Austria, where I discovered my skills as a communicator, organizer, and facilitator. Later, I became the manager of the largest Dutch youth travel agency, traveling throughout Europe, training guides, and developing tourist destinations. In 1989, I returned to Spain to lead the launch of a premium beer brand, an intense and challenging experience in public relations and marketing.

Later, I led a franchise project in the entertainment sector in Southern Europe and the Middle East, including an unforgettable time in Dubai. These experiences helped me understand how to lead in diverse contexts and adapt to changing environments. All of this prepared me to take the leap toward my true passion: human development.

In 2019, in collaboration with my colleague and psychologist Gianluca Rosania, we created a tech-enabled coaching and recruiting platform called "LIVT, Elevate Your Talent" and published "The Path," an interactive coaching guide for young students. We are currently developing a two-day course for young professionals under 40.

As a facilitator and team coach, I'm also affiliated with the Executive MBA at ESADE Business School. This is a multi-day, interactive learning and personal development program with students from around the world. I also offer sessions in webinar and seminar format.

Today, as a coach, I put all this experience at the service of my clients. Because I have personally experienced the challenges many people face. My story is not just a biography, but the foundation from which I connect with you and support you so that you too can become your best self.
