I was born in the Netherlands, but I've lived in Spain since 1989. I'm Paul, and my life has been shaped by curiosity, a love of other cultures and a constant urge to keep evolving.
That restless spirit took me to countries like Spain, Austria and the United Arab Emirates, into key roles in tourism, real estate, marketing and sales. More than 35 years of professional experience leading international projects and teams.
At some point I decided to turn all of that experience into a tool for human development. That's how my calling as a coach was born. In 2018 I earned the ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and later the PCC level, after walking alongside hundreds of clients through their own transformations.
I've also trained in team coaching, mentoring and coaching by values, among others. What sets me apart is having lived what many of my clients are living: I understand your challenges from the inside.

My whole approach rests on this principle: we are all connected, and we grow in community. That's why I'm committed to continuous learning and take an active part in coaching-community initiatives, both nationally and internationally.
