From the Netherlands to Barcelona: A journey of growth and learning

Hello, I'm Paul van den Hout. I was born in the Netherlands but have lived in Spain since 1989. My life has been marked by curiosity, a passion for learning about other cultures, and a constant desire to evolve. This restless spirit has led me to work in countries like Spain, Austria, and the United Arab Emirates, and to hold key roles in companies in the tourism, marketing, and sales sectors.

A global vision and a passion for helping others

After years leading international projects and teams, I decided to transform my experience into a tool for human development. Thus, my calling as a coach was born. In 2018, I obtained the ICF ACC certification, and later the PCC level, after having guided hundreds of clients through their transformation processes. I have trained in team coaching, mentoring, and values-based coaching, among others.

I believe in human-centered coaching, where empathy, authenticity, and respect guide each session. My vision is based on the UBUNTU principle: "I am because you are." We are all connected and grow in community. For me, the greatest achievement is seeing people flourish, take control of their lives, and discover new possibilities.
