From tour guide to executive coach.

A constant evolution.

1. Roots

   A family of ten in the Netherlands

   I grew up among ten siblings. That's where I learned, long before any theory, the value of collaboration and listening. At 24 I chose to explore the world and leave my comfort zone.

2. Travel years

   Tour guide and travel agency

   I guided across regions of Spain and Austria, discovering my gifts as a communicator and facilitator. Then I ran the largest Dutch youth travel agency, training guides and developing destinations all over Europe.

3. 1989

   Madrid: launching a brand from zero

   I moved to Madrid to lead the launch of a premium Dutch beer. An intense stretch of PR, public speaking, distribution and marketing.

4. ~1995

   Southern Europe and the Middle East

   I led a franchise project in the entertainment sector, including an unforgettable chapter in Dubai. I learned to lead across different cultures and adapt to whatever changed.

5. 2014

   ESADE Executive MBA

   I started as facilitator and team coach in ESADE's Executive MBA: the classroom as a real-time leadership laboratory with students from around the world.

   
6. 2018

   ICF ACC — first credential

   I decided to professionalize what I'd been doing intuitively for years and certified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

7. 2019

   LIVT and "El Camino"

   With psychologist Gianluca Rosania we created "LIVT, raise your talent", a coaching and tech-recruitment platform, and published "El Camino", an interactive coaching guide for young students.

   
8. 2022 · 2025

   ICF PCC — and renewal

   I earned the Professional Certified Coach credential from the ICF, renewed in 2025. A commitment to keep learning so I can accompany you better. More than 1,000 sessions completed.
